Audition Dates:

Dance Auditions - Friday, September 11th (all auditionees to attend)
All boys 7:00pm-7:30pm, All girls 7:30-8:30pm
Girls with special dance skills will stay on until 9:00pm.

Individual Auditions for Singing and Dialogue (all must book a time)
Saturday, September 12th between 9:00am-4:30pm
Sunday, September 13th between 9.00am-12:30pm
at Riverlea Theatre, booking via the website is essential.

 

Show Season Dates:

Tuesday 19th January - Saturday 23rd January 2021
Show times will be 11:00am and 2:00pm each day,
with the exception of Friday and Saturday which will be 2:00pm and 7:00pm.
Please note these season dates are in the school holidays

 

Rehearsal Dates:

  • 10th October - First get together with cast, parents, caregivers
  • 13th October to 28th November
  • 4th January to 15th January

Rehearsals will take place during October and November on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Cast will come back for a block rehearsal period (9:30am to 2:30pm) on week days, beginning on January 4th, until the season begins.

If you are 10-18 years old and would like to audition for Alice in Wonderland Jr, these are the things you will need:

  • A solo song which you know off by heart, with a backing track which has no vocals on it. The track could be on a CD, your phone, or a USB stick.
  • You can choose a song from the show or another, which shows off your voice.
  • Have practiced a dialogue excerpt from the show for the character you wish to audition for - this will be provided to you when you book an audition time. Chorus members or minor roles no dialogue required.

Note: All must attend Dance Auditions on Friday and book an individual audition time on the Saturday or Sunday.
